I help teams put AI to work in their day-to-day jobs — whether they're non-technical professionals using AI for the first time or developers integrating Claude Code into their workflow. Not as a novelty, but as a tool that measurably saves time and unlocks new ways of working. After 15+ years building software products, leading engineering teams, and architecting systems for enterprise clients, I now split my time between training and advisory: running hands-on workshops on ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and helping leadership teams design AI transformation strategies that actually ship. My approach is pragmatic, not hype-driven. Every course starts with real work scenarios and ends with templates, workflows, or prototypes you can use on Monday morning. I teach the boring-but-critical parts too — governance, security, responsible AI — because ‘move fast and break things’ doesn’t work when the things are your customer data and your brand reputation. Through Pixels & Bytes, I also build AI-powered products end-to-end: RAG pipelines, custom agents, Claude Code integrations, and Copilot extensions. That means the training I deliver is grounded in what’s actually happening in production, not what’s trending on LinkedIn this week.
