Session 1: Concept Validation & Architecture

Explore your product concept through an AI lens: what’s technically feasible, what AI approach fits (fine-tuning, RAG, agents, API integration), and what the user experience should look like. Includes competitive analysis and technical feasibility assessment. Deliverable: Validated concept brief with recommended AI architecture.

Session 2: Build Plan & Next Steps

Define the development approach: technology stack, build vs. buy decisions, MVP scope, data requirements, and team capabilities needed. Includes cost estimation, timeline planning, and risk identification. Deliverable: Product development plan with MVP definition and resource requirements.
