You’ll see each concept in action before you hear the theory behind it.

Lesson 2: Building AI Agents & Custom Solutions

Hands-on with AI agents: what they are, how they work, and how to build one without writing code. You’ll design and build a working agent during the session — using Custom GPTs, Copilot Studio, or another platform that fits your organization’s stack. Covers agent design principles, knowledge base curation, system instructions, and testing strategies.

Lesson 3: From Use Case to Solution Design

Consolidate what you built in Lesson 2, then shift from mechanics to judgement. Identify real problems from your own work that are strong candidates for an AI solution, evaluate them using a structured scoring framework, and walk through how the same use case would be solved with different tools and approaches. You’ll leave with a clear project brief for your offline build.

Lesson 4: Project Review, Strategy & Next Steps

The trainer presents a fully built reference solution, then you present your own project for group feedback and refinement. The second half is strategic: where your organization sits on the AI maturity curve, how to build an AI roadmap, how to measure return on investment, and the concrete next steps — whether that’s scaling what you built, tackling governance, or engaging with one of Synapse’s advisory tracks.
