Lesson 1: AI Risk Landscape & Data Privacy

Understand the risks: data leakage, hallucinations, bias, intellectual property concerns, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, AI Act). Learn how different AI providers handle your data, what ‘enterprise-grade’ actually means, and how to evaluate AI tools through a security lens. Includes case studies of AI governance done well and poorly.

Lesson 2: Building Your AI Policy & Framework

Workshop session where participants draft an AI acceptable use policy and governance framework for their organization. Covers: defining approved tools and use cases, data classification guidelines, review and approval processes, incident response procedures, and monitoring practices. Ends with a peer review of draft policies.
