By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Synapse Academy provides online AI-literacy courses, an AI tutor, and session scheduling.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for providing accurate account information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, to abuse the AI tutor, to scrape content, or to attempt to breach the platform's security.
5. Content and intellectual property
Course materials remain the property of Synapse Academy or the authoring tutor. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to process it to deliver the service.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI tutor responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are educational aids, not professional advice.
7. Payment
Synapse Academy is currently provided free of charge; there are no paid plans in this release. If we introduce paid plans, we will update these Terms and obtain any required consent before charging you.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
