The things companies actually ask
- Who can see the material we upload?
- Only your members. Company courses and the documents behind them are scoped to your organisation, and every request is checked against your membership on the server — not hidden in the interface.
- Can our own people teach on it?
- Yes. Promote any member to company tutor and they can author internal courses and manage their students, without gaining access to anything outside your organisation.
- Do our employees also get the public courses?
- By default, yes — they see the public catalogue plus your private one. You can turn the public catalogue off entirely, or hide specific courses from your people.
- Can we switch parts of it off?
- Yes. AI chat, live AI sessions, session booking, audio summaries and AI video generation are each toggleable for your organisation.
- Is there a self-service signup?
- No, and that’s deliberate. We set your workspace up with you so your material is indexed properly and the right person holds the admin account.
